If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.

To our overseas far away customers – we do acknowledge that you cannot physically get your returns back to us within 10 days and we do allow for this. Just, please send us an email to let us know your exchange / return is on the way to us!

On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.

When returning – the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely;

We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced.  Cinderella Shoes are not responsible for return postage costs. More information here

For your total security while shopping online with us, all of our payments are processed through SagePay or Paypal so you have complete peace of mind shopping.

We NEVER send any details of our customers to Third Parties.

We process all payments through Sagepay who are a worldwide recognised payment gateway. All transactions take place on their servers and they are fully PCI compliant – meaning that they’ve gone through a strict process for handling credit card payments. We offer not only a number of credit card options but also payment through PayPal. If you would rather use your PayPal account to pay. All transactions are still paid through Sagepay even if you do use PayPal giving you additional peace of mind regarding such payments. We do not store your credit card details, we are only responsible for your order once Sagepay inform us that payment has been made.

Our shoes are delivered worldwide every day by our couriers. So you can rest assured that your shoes are in good hands getting to your door. If you need a tracking number – please contact us via the query form quoting your order number and we will share the tracking number with you.

If an item that you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative shoe options. In the case of a shoe that is out of stock but you wish to order it let us know and we can follow up with our supplier.
